Acting Out is thrilled to be offering our annual summer Center Stage program! This is a fast-paced two-week program culminating in an incredible LIVE performance. The entire session and final performance will be at our Acting Out! space.
The first day is devoted to auditioning prep in the morning and auditioning in the afternoon. All audition material will be provided for the students on day one! The rest of the first week mornings will have actors immersed in various theatre activities including( but not limited to) set and costume design, physical comedy, acting, character development, Shakespeare, improv, musical theater dance, and more! Each day we will explore something new!
Every afternoon will be focused on our musical. We will explore choreography, vocal technique, and acting to create our final production. Regardless of being the "lead" or in the ensemble, each student will be pushed to learn new skills and work towards our final performance.
Our theater intensive is for all skill levels and will give every cast member a chance to shine! We focus on self-confidence, self-expression, commitment, and of course, FUN!
